This web site was created to foster understanding both among Christians and non-Christians about the liberal aspects of the historical Jesus. “Liberal” is a dirty word for many people, but it simply means “generous” and if anything describe God’s grace towards humankind, it is generosity.
Articles before 2011
I don’t really know when these articles were written. The dates on them are dates that the Internet Wayback machine captured copies. However, I know that all of them were written before 2004. I think they are mostly from the 1990’s except the one paper on Marx and Feuerbach; that was from college back in 1972.
